He was married to Augustine Biddle STREETT (daughter of John Thomas STREETT and Nancy RUTLEDGE) on 17 Jan 1847. Augustine Biddle STREETT was born on 8 Aug 1822. She died on 13 Feb 1913. Michael Crook WHITEFORD and Augustine Biddle STREETT had the following children:
